Bodily Injury Quality Assurance Auditor (Property & Casualty Insurance)

Location: Fully remote; occasional travel may be required.

What you will do

• Conduct detailed claim file quality audits across bodily injury, property damage, subrogation, and other claim disciplines.
• Evaluate technical accuracy, documentation, customer service, best-practice adherence, and compliance with carrier and company standards.
• Analyze audit results to identify trends, root causes, non-compliance impacts, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop reports, scorecards, presentations, corrective action plans, and performance summaries for claims leadership.
• Support claims procedures, workflows, best practices, system testing, process improvements, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Provide coaching and training support while collaborating with claims leadership, IT, and other business partners.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of Property & Casualty insurance experience with strong technical claims-handling knowledge.
• Experience handling subrogation, property damage, and bodily injury claims, plus claim file reviews, audits, or quality assurance activities.
• Knowledge of state and federal insurance regulations, Department of Insurance requirements, compliance standards, and claims-handling guidelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, project management, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and claims management systems.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, collaborate across departments, and pass a background check.
