What you will do

• Handle collision, comprehensive, and property damage liability auto claims in the transportation division.
• Manage daily claim activities, customer communications, diaries, payments, and correspondence.
• Review insurance policies, determine coverage, and assess liability and available defenses.
• Prepare claim summaries and participate in routine file reviews with clients.
• Identify claim trends and participate in client audit reviews.
• Follow hirify.global and client claim-handling guidelines while completing other assigned duties.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of insurance industry experience.
• Texas All-Lines Adjuster License required.
• Previous experience handling collision, comprehensive, and personal auto property damage claims preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business software.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, analytical, critical-thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Georgia, Alabama, or Florida adjuster licenses; these licenses must be obtainable.
