Enterprise Architect, Finance Technology

Location: Remote - United States

Base salary: $180,200–$252,300 USD per year, plus potential equity and commission depending on the position offered.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end architecture and roadmap for Finance systems, including ERP, close management, planning and consolidation, data pipelines, and adjacent tooling.
• Define build-versus-buy decisions, architectural standards, integration patterns, and data governance practices.
• Configure, integrate, and maintain Finance platforms such as NetSuite, Workday, Coupa, Zip, and Adaptive.
• Design and manage integrations, scalable data pipelines, and the Finance data warehouse using tools such as Workato and BigQuery.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, remediation, and systems support for M&A due diligence and integration planning.
• Act as the primary technical partner for Finance leadership and coordinate with Corporate Engineering, Data Engineering, and Security.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, systems engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Experience designing and implementing Finance technology stacks, including ERP, P2P, R2R, or similar systems.
• Hands-on proficiency with APIs, ETL/ELT, iPaaS tools, systems integration, and Finance-focused data modeling.
• Experience building and managing data pipelines with platforms such as Workato and data warehouses such as BigQuery.
• Ability to work across executive architecture discussions and detailed technical implementation.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting M&A workstreams, including due diligence, integration, and cutover.
• Familiarity with analytics engineering tools such as Hex or Looker.
• Experience at a high-growth public technology company or with Corporate Engineering and shared services models.
• Exposure to SOX compliance considerations in systems design.
