Inventory Control Manager (Cannabis)

Location: Moberly, Missouri, United States; onsite, facility-based role

Company

Operates a medical marijuana facility with inventory, packaging, production, and fulfillment operations.

What you will do

• Maintain inventory tracking for receiving, purchasing, raw materials, packaging, and order fulfillment.
• Build and manage an inventory team covering receiving, purchasing, and fulfillment.
• Conduct cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and internal inventory transfers.
• Coordinate stock levels with operations and weekly production requirements.
• Forecast packaging needs, reduce waste, and execute purchasing within budget targets.
• Present inventory data and recommendations while training team members on procedures and performance standards.

Requirements

• Two to four years of relevant experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with data-entry software such as Excel and the ability to learn new software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication, organization, ethics, and reliability.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and follow SOPs and compliance regulations.
• Must be able to obtain a state medical marijuana badge and pass a background check.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, wear protective gear, work in low-light conditions, and remain active for shifts of up to 12 hours.
