Manager, Inventory Control (AI Healthcare)

Location: Minneapolis, United States

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year for Minnesota; actual pay may vary by location, qualifications, and experience.

What you will do

• Supervise inventory, receiving, and supply chain associates and coordinators.
• Manage receiving, counting, lot control, inventory deployment, and laboratory supply coordination.
• Develop and maintain kanban inventory control, barcode-scanning, cycle-counting, and FEFO deployment processes.
• Lead inventory counts, review discrepancies, and coordinate cross-functional corrective actions.
• Manage storage capacity plans for stockrooms, freezers, and other inventory requirements.
• Maintain documentation for inventory acceptance, special storage requirements, certificates, and laboratory supply records in the QMS.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain or inventory management, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Experience with inventory scanning software, databases, and related systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate information across several departments.
• Strong organization, integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• APICS, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.
