Warehouse Associate

Location: Onsite in Redmond, Washington, United States

Salary: $26–$28 per hour, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Audit shipments before packing to confirm product condition and order accuracy.
• Pick, pack, label, sort, ship, and receive raw materials and finished goods.
• Process warehouse transactions in SAP, WMS, or similar systems.
• Inspect incoming materials and coordinate discrepancy resolution with Purchasing.
• Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation and support compliance record retention.
• Perform cycle counts, investigate inventory variances, resolve operational issues, and maintain a safe, organized warehouse under EHS and 5S standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse operations experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 lbs as needed.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree or higher in Supply Chain or a related field.
• Experience with SAP, WMS, or similar warehouse platforms.
• Bilingual Chinese/English communication skills.
