What you will do

• Serve walk-in customers and provide accurate, efficient financial transactions.
• Identify customer goals and recommend suitable deposit and banking products.
• Build and grow consumer and business relationships through follow-up, outbound calls, referrals, and disciplined sales processes.
• Educate customers and refer them to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Resolve customer issues while following operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.
• Balance daily transactions and perform other assigned branch duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service or relevant military administration experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Experience in customer service, banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales is preferred.
• Cash-handling skills are preferred.
• Comfort using mobile services, online banking, and related technology.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.
