Regional Office Estate Strategy Manager

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom, with travel across the North East of England and Scotland to support stakeholders, projects, and office locations.

What you will do

• Manage property life-cycle strategy and activities across the regional office estate.
• Lead office refurbishment, relocation, fit-out, closure, occupancy change, and workplace improvement projects.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, office occupiers, and external suppliers to deliver workplace solutions.
• Provide strategic advice on workplace, property, estate planning, and commercial viability.
• Use occupancy data, insights, and trends to guide space utilisation and long-term estate planning.
• Coordinate concurrent projects, manage risks and dependencies, and support workplace design standards.

Requirements

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders, office occupiers, and business partners.
• Proven project management experience across complex property or workplace environments.
• Experience leading workplace change, office moves, fit-outs, redesigns, or estate transformation projects.
• Excellent communication, organisation, prioritisation, and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel across the North East of England and Scotland.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of workplace strategy, office estate management, or property life-cycle planning across a multi-site portfolio.
• Experience using data and technology for decision-making, space planning, and workplace strategy.
• Knowledge of workplace design, change management, UK property markets, transactions, or property law.
• APM, RICS, or another relevant property, workplace, or project management qualification.
• Degree in property, construction, project management, or a related discipline.
