European Asset Transformation Project Manager

Creative Technology Europe is implementing a multi-year programme to centralise European asset management, improve asset utilisation, and standardise asset data and operating practices.

What you will do

• Own and maintain the integrated delivery plan for the European asset transformation programme.
• Coordinate workstreams across multiple countries, business units, and functions, including asset management, data governance, reporting, training, RFID, and organisational change.
• Establish programme governance forums, steering committees, working groups, decision routes, and escalation processes.
• Manage dependencies, risks, issues, actions, critical paths, milestones, and programme decisions.
• Lead adoption of standardised asset-management processes, operating procedures, cross-border asset transfers, compliance, and audit practices.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reporting packs covering asset utilisation, data quality, process compliance, adoption, subhire reduction, and benefits tracking.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience delivering complex transformation programmes.
• Experience leading multi-country change initiatives across multiple teams or business units.
• Strong programme governance, planning, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience implementing ERP, operational systems, or process-transformation programmes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to manage integrated plans, dependencies, risks, issues, actions, and critical paths.

Nice to have

• Experience in events, broadcast, rental, or another inventory-intensive industry.
• Knowledge of EasyJob, ERP, or asset-management systems.
• Lean, process-improvement, PMO, or programme-management qualifications.
