Portfolio Business Partner (8 Month FTC)

Location: Greater London, United Kingdom. Hybrid working model with up to three days per week from home; the second interview takes place in person at the London Bridge Hub.

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to identify, assess and prioritise initiatives aligned with strategic goals.
• Apply lean portfolio management principles, frameworks, tools and best practices.
• Co-facilitate quarterly planning and align OKRs, KPIs and roadmaps with the Senior Portfolio Business Partner.
• Enable cross-functional decision-making through portfolio systems such as Kanban.
• Analyse portfolio performance and provide insights and recommendations to the Head of EPMO.
• Support transformation initiatives involving systems, processes, people, technology adoption and training.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in change delivery, business partnering or a relevant PMO role.
• Expert understanding of technical and non-technical aspects of portfolio management and delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience working in matrix management environments.
• Ability to work within the stated hybrid arrangement in Greater London.

Nice to have

• Agile certifications such as SAFe.
• Portfolio or programme management qualifications.
• Experience in scaled agile environments across platforms or products.
