What you will do

• Develop and maintain end-to-end programme plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary project teams across the business.
• Manage a portfolio of projects, including strategic alignment, resource allocation, prioritisation, and ownership.
• Establish governance, reporting, performance metrics, and risk management to support timely decisions.
• Deliver sustainable people, process, and technology change and transition outcomes into business-as-usual operations.
• Own programme financials, including budgets, spend monitoring, cost-benefit analysis, ROI, KPIs, and benefits tracking.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex, commercially focused programmes or projects in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
• Strong programme planning and delivery skills, including scope, milestones, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Change management capability, including managing resistance and embedding outcomes into business-as-usual operations.
• Data-led analytical skills, including KPI definition, performance analysis, and proactive risk mitigation.
• Financial acumen covering budgets, spend monitoring, benefits, ROI, and cost-benefit cases.

Nice to have

• Experience in hospitality or retail.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project approaches.
• Experience in a continuous improvement environment.
