Operations Advisor - Investor Reporting - Midland

Location: Home Location-KS (KSH01), within the hirify.global Midland footprint; remote work may be available in select geographic locations with approval, and occasional in-office participation may be required.

What you will do

• Prepare accurate and timely investor reporting and remit funds according to servicing agreements.
• Monitor operational workflows, performance measurements, risk indicators, and business impact.
• Resolve reporting, reconciliation, process, and compliance exceptions independently.
• Support escalated process issues and provide guidance to team members.
• Drive process improvements while maintaining operational controls and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Minimum four years of loan servicing experience, preferably in investor reporting, or equivalent experience in complex financial operations.
• Strong understanding of financial calculations and cash movement concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate leadership through mentoring and guidance on complex reporting and reconciliation issues.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; comparable education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
