Associate Operations Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support managed account operations across reconciliations, account administration, corporate actions, security master processes, and performance oversight.
• Process and document new account openings, maintenance requests, terminations, funding activities, and required records.
• Perform account-level reconciliations covering cash balances, positions, transactions, and tax lots.
• Identify and resolve reconciliation breaks and operational exceptions so accounts are ready for daily trading.
• Support client onboarding, platform enhancements, workflow redesign, product implementations, and operational improvement projects.
• Assist with system testing and collaborate with clients, sponsor partners, operations teams, and technology teams.

Requirements

• 0–1 years of experience in managed accounts, investment operations, or a similar financial services role.
• Knowledge of financial operations, including trade processing, reconciliation, account maintenance, and data integrity.
• Familiarity with Separately Managed Accounts, including workflows, account structures, and operational requirements.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and functions; VBA is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, exercise judgment, and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• BA or BS degree required.
