Intern (Financial Operations)

Location: In office at 555 South Flower Street, Los Angeles, California, US 90071; the description also references supporting operations in Newark, Delaware.

What you will do

• Support daily transaction production across key operational teams.
• Analyze operational workflows and propose data-driven efficiency improvements.
• Contribute to client-experience initiatives, including account management improvements and fraud detection processes.
• Assist with location-based projects that support colleague morale and networking.
• Use SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and/or Tableau to track metrics, create reports, and identify trends.

Requirements

• Available for a full-time, 10-week commitment from June through August 2026.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a rising junior or senior enrolled in a college or university and pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree.
• Studying business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field, with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive, with strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
