Mechanical Engineer New College Grad - Bachelors Degree (Semiconductor Equipment)

Location: Kalispell, Montana, United States. Onsite role with up to 20% travel. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $70,000–$95,500 per year

What you will do

• Define fluid system designs based on system-level needs and process requirements.
• Create and modify mechanical build-to-print designs, layouts, schematics, drawings, and specifications.
• Follow designs from CAD through implementation on semiconductor capital equipment.
• Coordinate procurement and assembly of mechanical components and equipment, identifying critical parts and subsystems.
• Perform engineering analysis, troubleshoot mechanical problems, and document test reports and product-release documentation.
• Enable the handling, assembly, and disassembly of components and assemblies throughout the product life cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field.
• Foundational knowledge of physics, mathematics, and materials science.
• Ability to perform mechanical engineering analysis and resolve moderately complex technical issues.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with CAD software, thermodynamics, sheet metal design, material selection, manufacturing methods, GD&T, flow analysis, or Design for Excellence principles.
