Salary: $127,626–$237,014 per year

What you will do

• Develop and manage profitable relationships with commercial and preferred clients in assigned segments and geographic areas.
• Present banking, financing, and credit solutions; negotiate, price, document, and close loan transactions.
• Monitor portfolio profitability, credit quality, risk exposure, account activity, and compliance with bank policies.
• Identify new business through client calls, referrals, cross-selling, and participation in business and community activities.
• Coordinate with product specialists and internal departments to resolve client needs and structure transactions.
• Provide oversight, coaching, and motivation to Relationship Managers as a player coach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of lending experience and 5 years of credit experience.
• Knowledge of commercial credit policies, banking operations, credit products, and underwriting standards.
• Strong credit analysis, accounting, sales, marketing, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Superior client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Ability to make autonomous business decisions and exercise authority appropriate to the role.
