Relationship Manager II - Business Credit (Steel City)

Location: In-office role based in Dallas, TX; Cincinnati, OH; Philadelphia, PA; or New York City, NY.

Base salary: $123,200–$249,600 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage existing client relationships to support retention, risk management, revenue growth, and deeper product engagement.
• Originate, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
• Prepare credit approval documents and analyze risks, collateral strength, and the financial capacity of transaction parties.
• Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks within established guidelines.
• Build internal, external, community, and industry relationships while presenting the full range of banking products and services.
• Negotiate workout options with customers and collaborate with partners and borrowers to strengthen collateral coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of industry-relevant experience.
• Experience working with middle-market cash flow lending.
• Knowledge of credit analysis, credit products, financial analysis, collateral management, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong customer relationship building, communication, decision-making, attention to detail, and business acumen.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available for this position.
