What you will do

• Manage client relationships and daily administration for Global Capital Markets accounts with varying complexity and risk.
• Monitor account systems, operational activity, internal controls, cash flows, fee billing, reporting, and receivables.
• Review legal documents and agreements, provide comments to counsel, and coordinate risk and regulatory compliance activities.
• Work with attorneys, financial advisors, clients, and service partners to structure and close transactions.
• Participate in client meetings, sales calls, presentations, fee proposals, and relationship expansion initiatives.
• Identify revenue opportunities, support business product and process development, and mentor less experienced associates when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets, or 6 years of combined higher education and work experience including 2 years in the relevant client service area.
• Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting legal documents.
• Proficiency with personal computers and relevant software; familiarity with corporate structures, laws, and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
• Role based in Wilmington, Delaware, United States of America.

Nice to have

• CCTS certification.
