What you will do

• Manage assigned institutional client accounts and provide account-specific administration support.
• Submit client-directed activities, compliance reports, and annual account reviews accurately and on time.
• Serve as a primary or secondary contact for clients, retirement plan participants, and pensioners, resolving basic inquiries.
• Maintain communications regarding regulatory, legal, accounting, and trust matters.
• Complete client billing, resolve aged receivables, and coordinate with senior Relationship Managers.
• Identify and escalate risk-related issues while maintaining internal control and audit standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience, or a combination of at least 5 years of higher education and/or work experience including 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency with personal computers, word-processing, and spreadsheet software.
• Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow regulatory, risk, and compliance standards.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Retirement or trust administration experience.
