Data Operations Coordinator (Robotics)

Location: San Jose, California; 5 days per week in office with local travel to offsite residential locations throughout the broader Bay Area during night-shift hours. The shift starts between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM, and personal transportation is required.

What you will do

• Coordinate residential robot data collection sessions before, during, and after execution.
• Maintain real-time communication with field teams and resolve operational challenges.
• Troubleshoot non-technical issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate facilities, operators, and staging teams to ensure timely logistics and asset delivery.
• Provide status updates, escalate critical blockers, and report progress.
• Document procedures, identify recurring issues, and improve SOPs and tracking tools.

Requirements

• Ability and willingness to travel to offsite Bay Area locations using personal transportation.
• 2–4 years of experience in field operations, site supervision, construction management, event production, or related hands-on coordination roles.
• Experience directing multiple cross-functional teams with a strong leadership presence.
• Strong real-time problem-solving and critical decision-making skills.
• Clear, concise, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced operational environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with robotics, film or television production, or technical field operations.
• Familiarity with logistics coordination.
• Interest in scaling humanoid robotics technology.
