Supply Chain Coordinator (Contract)

What you will do

• Manage materials, equipment, supplies, shipping, receiving, and warehouse goods.
• Monitor inventory integrity, perform physical inventories and cycle counts, and complete audits, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Receive and verify purchase orders, stock items, and respond to internal customer inquiries.
• Identify, report, and quarantine damaged or non-conforming parts in coordination with QA/QC.
• Maintain loading dock and warehouse safety, including HAZMAT storage and shipping compliance.
• Track key performance indicators and operate material-handling equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of combined inventory control or shipping and receiving experience.
• At least 2 years of ERP experience is required.
• Strong understanding of inventory and warehouse operations, with proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite.
• Strong organization, communication, customer service, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and work for extended periods standing, sitting, or typing.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Manufacturing or shop-floor experience.
