Shipping and Receiving Associate (Robotics)

Location: Carson, California, United States; full-time on-site

What you will do

• Receive, unload, inspect, document, label, store, and distribute materials, components, equipment, and supplies.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment while protecting materials from damage.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips, record material movements in inventory or ERP systems, and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare domestic and international shipments, including packaging, labeling, weighing, documentation, and carrier coordination.
• Support inventory counts, cycle counts, material kitting, and stockroom organization.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Finance while improving shipping and receiving processes.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, inventory, logistics, or a related field.
• Forklift operating experience and the ability to obtain and maintain company-required certification.
• Accurate documentation skills and experience reviewing purchase orders, packing slips, shipping labels, and carrier documentation.
• Ability to use inventory, ERP, or warehouse-management systems and standard workplace software.
• High school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to work full-time on-site in Carson, California, and meet U.S. export-control eligibility requirements or obtain the required authorizations.

Nice to have

• Forklift operator certification.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, defense, advanced manufacturing, or another hardware-focused environment.
• Experience handling precision components, electronics, high-value hardware, or controlled inventory.
• Familiarity with hazardous-material shipping requirements and domestic or international shipping documentation.
