Learning Lead, Non Sterile Compounding

What you will do

• Facilitate onboarding, cross-training, ongoing development, remediation, and retraining for non-sterile compounding operations.
• Develop training schedules, maintain training records, track completion, and support audit readiness.
• Use LMS platforms to assign, monitor, and report training completion and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Compliance, Safety, HR, Recruiting, and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and maintain accurate training content.
• Audit associate competencies, maintain an active floor presence, and support operational teams and safety culture.
• Lead Train-the-Trainer programs and ensure training complies with USP, FDA, state board of pharmacy, GDP, and cGMP requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; a relevant bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Active CPhT certification required.
• At least 2 years of compounding operations experience in a 503a, 503b, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, organization, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with LMS platforms, training documentation, GDP, and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of USP <797>, <795>, <800>, cGMP regulations, Microsoft Office, and flexibility to work varied shifts in a 7-day operation.
