National Field Training Manager, Patient Access (Pharmaceutical)

What you will do

• Support Patient Access training for six RDBU brands, five roles, 11 teams, and approximately 300 learners.
• Facilitate multi-day training using adult learning methodologies and varied delivery formats.
• Identify training and development needs through stakeholder meetings and live or virtual forums.
• Partner with subject matter experts to create engaging learning for diverse audiences.
• Create and deliver instructor-led training covering account management, access and reimbursement, products, disease states, patient access skills, and compliance.
• Maintain and improve training content while supporting cross-functional projects and content updates.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree; or a master's degree plus two years of relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree plus four years; or an associate's degree plus eight years; or a high school diploma/GED plus 10 years.
• Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, account management, patient access, or training.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability and willingness to travel to meetings, including some overnight and weekend commitments exceeding 25%.
• Strong project management, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
