Strategy Enablement Team Lead LATAM IM (Healthcare Compliance)

Location: Remote within the LATAM region, with job posting locations in Bogotá, Colombia; Mexico City, Mexico; and São Paulo, Brazil. Candidates are expected to follow the remote work principles of the Johnson & Johnson employing company.

What you will do

• Translate global healthcare compliance strategy, governance, and priorities into regional execution roadmaps.
• Advise regional compliance leaders on prioritization, sequencing, capacity trade-offs, and decision-making.
• Integrate risk intelligence across markets, functions, and initiatives, identifying systemic risks and emerging trends.
• Synthesize monitoring results, performance data, external intelligence, and business context into decision-ready insights.
• Provide regional oversight of compliance initiatives and the 10 compliance hallmarks, monitoring dependencies, progress, and delivery risks.
• Represent the region in global forums and lead continuous improvement and change enablement aligned with global transformation priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or legal functions, including at least 5 years in senior leadership within complex multinational organizations.
• Expertise in compliance frameworks, due diligence, monitoring, operational risk management, compliance technology, and analytics.
• Experience leading multicultural teams, engaging senior stakeholders, and delivering complex projects.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, analytical ability, resilience, adaptability, integrity, and accountability.
• Fluent English required. Additional regional languages are advantageous.

Nice to have

• MBA, JD, or LLM.
• Professional certifications such as CCEP, CCEP-I, CIA, or CFE.
