Lead Project Manager (Clinical Operations)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $115,200–$158,400 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead large, complex, enterprise-wide programs spanning multiple business areas and workstreams.
• Drive program planning, execution, governance, delivery standards, and measurable business outcomes.
• Manage program-level risks, issues, dependencies, resource constraints, and escalation pathways.
• Partner with executive and senior leaders, facilitate decisions, and provide status updates, dashboards, and recommendations.
• Coordinate people, processes, technology, and operational readiness across cross-functional teams.
• Mentor project managers and improve PMO delivery capabilities, consistency, and maturity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project and/or program management experience, including leadership of large, complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to influence and lead without direct authority across business, operational, and technology stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or programs, including governance, risk management, dependency tracking, resource planning, and executive communications.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work remotely nationwide in the United States.
• Dedicated interruption-free workspace and wired DSL or cable internet with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload required; satellite and wireless internet are not allowed.

Nice to have

• PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe, or other project and program management certifications.
• Experience leading organizational transformation, process improvement, or large-scale operational initiatives.
• Experience coaching and mentoring project managers to improve delivery capability and PMO maturity.
