Legal Lead Analyst (Privacy & Compliance)

What you will do

• Lead privacy, data protection, and compliance risk operations with stakeholders across the US, EU, and LATAM.
• Develop and evolve privacy, data protection, and AI governance frameworks aligned with global regulations.
• Review Data Protection Impact Assessments and AI Risk Assessments, identify compliance gaps, and define mitigation strategies.
• Monitor changes in global privacy and AI regulations and translate them into guidance for leadership.
• Direct data protection due diligence for third-party vendors processing personal data.
• Advise product, security, and engineering teams on privacy-by-design and responsible AI.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in data privacy, compliance, IT audit, or related risk management.
• Foundational understanding of ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27701, and/or ISO/IEC 42001.
• Law degree and license to practice law in the EEA preferred.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under short deadlines.
• Interest in legal, compliance, and privacy matters.
