Sr. Engineer, Manufacturing Operations (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Provide engineering support for semiconductor process operations and daily manufacturing targets.
• Oversee and guide operational activities involving manufacturing processes and equipment, including cycle time, throughput, prototype success, and shipment plans.
• Support automated assembly tools and maintain accurate assumptions, constraints, and units per hour for capacity modeling.
• Drive manufacturing efficiency, quality, and productivity improvements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, module, engineering, and industrial engineering teams on production and improvement initiatives.
• Follow Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security requirements and programs.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering.
• Good understanding of manufacturing principles, equipment interaction, and process discipline in a semiconductor fab environment.
• Familiarity with data analysis, root cause analysis, statistical process control, and standard engineering problem-solving methods.
• Ability to support day-to-day production and continuous improvement as part of manufacturing, operations, or module teams.
• Good communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders on the fab floor.
