Associate Engineer, Process Engineering (F7 Diffusion)

What you will do

• Develop and modify diffusion process formulations, methods, controls, and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor and sustain process performance and statistical process control to ensure product quality meets specifications.
• Review SPC and ESPC charts using SPACE and statistical tools, and analyze technical data.
• Set up recipes and job files in module metrology tools and maintain production files.
• Perform 12-hour shift duties, investigate tool faults, manage affected lots, and minimize hold time.
• Drive continuous improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams on process and production projects.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Microelectronics, Chemical Process Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics.
• At least 2 years of experience in the electrical or electronics industry.
• Ability to take ownership and accountability for assigned processes and tasks.
• Team-oriented, flexible, and able to support overtime and 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to follow SOPs, execute CAS and SPSR accurately, and maintain proper documentation.
