What you will do

• Maintain and plan operation of Airborne Molecular Contamination (AMC) detection systems to keep cleanroom and process-tool mini-environments within control.
• Monitor airborne molecular contamination, volatile organic compounds, particulates, humidity, and temperature to prevent environmental excursions affecting production wafers.
• Troubleshoot AMC and mechanical alarms with module, facilities, chemical laboratory, equipment, and contractor personnel.
• Analyze charts and trends to identify contamination upticks, baseline drift, and root causes.
• Lead shift activities, guide technicians and operators, prepare incident reports, and escalate environmental CAS activation when required.
• Coordinate calibration and preventive maintenance with vendors and replace hardware parts in AMC detection systems.

Requirements

• Ability to work 12-hour day/night shifts.
• Knowledge of airborne molecular contamination, volatile organic compounds, particulates, humidity, and temperature control.
• Skills in data analysis, strategic planning, reporting, and presentations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Ability to troubleshoot monitoring-system hardware and software and perform hardware replacement.
