What you will do

  • Manage customer collections, open receivables, follow-ups, negotiations, and dispute resolution for assigned portfolios.
  • Own end-to-end dispute management, including investigation, root cause analysis, financial adjustments, and resolution.
  • Monitor collection KPIs, service-level commitments, cash flow, and Days Sales Outstanding performance.
  • Perform accounts receivable forecasting, trend analysis, payment-behavior analysis, and revenue reconciliation.
  • Manage sales order release activities within defined authority limits and support audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, Delivery Revenue, and Finance stakeholders on complex customer issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in the end-to-end Invoice-to-Cash process, particularly collections and dispute management.
  • Fluent English for written and oral communication is required.
  • Experience managing customer relationships, difficult stakeholders, negotiations, analytical investigations, and problem solving.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems, with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups and work under pressure.
  • The role is based in Bogotá, Colombia.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical companies.
  • CPA, CMA, MBA, or another financial certification.
  • Knowledge of SAP systems.
  • Additional foreign-language capability.
