Treasury FX Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Drive hedging strategy and execution across warehouse facilities to protect the balance sheet from foreign exchange and interest-rate volatility.
• Build and validate daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow projections against actuals to provide a real-time view of liquidity surpluses and deficits.
• Map covenant structures, hedging requirements, and reporting obligations into a centralized tracking repository.
• Build live Databricks and SQL dashboards covering hedging positions, market risk exposure, liquidity, cash flow, and covenant headroom.
• Systematize Banco de la República regulatory filings and tracking of required forms by account and operation type.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, internal teams, and external financial partners to improve treasury processes and automation.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of Treasury Front Office or money desk experience in a bank, financial company, or fiduciary institution.
• Hands-on experience executing, monitoring, and closing FX and derivative transactions.
• Experience with Banco de la República FX regulations, regulatory documentation, and audit readiness.
• Knowledge of Databricks, SQL, data visualization, and analytical models for treasury and financial reporting.
• Expertise in fixed income, money markets, FX products, counterparties, and market conditions.
• Strong organization, prioritization, teamwork, and process-improvement skills in dynamic market environments.
