Focus on resolving operational issues across 15–30+ accounts, supporting credit and lending processes, and using APIs, Jira, and VDI environments.

What you will do

  • Drive ticket resolution across credit programs.
  • Manage B2B account inquiries and operational requests.
  • Maintain configuration workflows for credit products and programs.
  • Support credit and lending operations across 15–30+ accounts concurrently.
  • Apply knowledge of credit accounts, decisioning, CRA tools, and collections processes.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in credit card or lending operations.
  • Strong understanding of credit processes and the end-to-end lifecycle of a credit account.
  • B2-level English for client-facing communication.
  • Fluent Spanish.
  • Functional API knowledge and basic coding capabilities.
  • Operational familiarity with Jira and VDI environments, with the ability to meet strict performance benchmarks.
