Manager, Financial Reporting & Analysis (Healthcare)

Location: Bogotá, Colombia. Hybrid work with up to 50% remote work.

What you will do

• Prepare and analyze quarterly legal entity financial statements, including P&L and Balance Sheet reporting for North American entities.
• Review financial accounts, balances, reserves, disclosures, and intangible asset activities for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate North America Accounts Committee meetings with regional finance leadership and global consolidation teams.
• Partner with internal and external auditors to resolve accounting and reporting issues and maintain effective internal controls.
• Collaborate with Tax, Treasury, Consolidations, Statutory Reporting, and Finance teams on disclosures and accounting matters.
• Coordinate restructuring reporting, support special projects, and contribute to reconciliation quality reviews and journal entry testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Audit, or Finance.
• Experience in a Big Four or public accounting environment is highly valued.
• Knowledge of IFRS and Sarbanes-Oxley controls is preferred.
• Experience working in multinational and matrix organizations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Experience with financial disclosures, regulatory reporting, account reconciliations, risk assessment, and internal controls.
