TL;DR
Senior Finance Analyst, LATAM (all genders) (Accounting/FP&A): Managing accounting, payment, budgeting, and forecasting operations for LATAM entities with an accent on financial controls, reconciliations, and profitability analysis. Focus on optimising regional finance processes, monitoring cash flow, and supporting commercial decisions across Colombia, Chile, Mexico, and other LATAM markets.
Location: Remote from Colombia or Chile; office headquarters in Berlin.

What you will do
- Review and optimise local accounting setups across LATAM entities, including invoicing, reconciliations, and daily operations.
- Implement banking mandates, approval flows, cash-flow monitoring, forecasting, and partner banking-detail validation.
- Partner with market and country leads on P&Ls, deal pipelines, profitability, pricing, payment terms, and carrier commissions.
- Own annual budgeting and rolling revenue, cost, and cash forecasts.
- Manage external accounting providers, including quality, cost, scalability, renegotiation, and replacement decisions.
- Resolve partner invoicing and payment issues and manage credit limits and prepayment arrangements.
Requirements
- Experienced finance professional with expertise in accounting, controlling, and financial operations.
- Understanding of accounting principles and LATAM tax and compliance requirements, including MFRS, NIF, and IFRS.
- Strong FP&A skills in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Ability to combine senior-level leadership with hands-on execution and external-provider management.
- Fluent English and Spanish and/or Portuguese required.
Nice to have
- Group reporting experience under IFRS.
- Experience with DATEV, NetSuite, Xero, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience in technology or marketplace businesses.
