Process Engineer (Semiconductors)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; onsite role with approximately 10% travel.

Salary: $100,000–$136,500 per year, plus potential bonus and stock awards.

What you will do

• Design, collect data for, analyze, and document complex process engineering experiments.
• Perform hardware characterization and measure film properties across difficult systems.
• Troubleshoot process engineering issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
• Prepare internal product documentation, presentations, and technical reports.
• Communicate with customers and collaborate with vendors and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• Implement new technologies, products, and analytical instrumentation; support junior colleagues and lead project teams when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4–7 years of related experience.
• Conceptual and practical expertise in complex problem solving.
• Ability to work onsite in Santa Clara, California, with approximately 10% travel.
