What you will do
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and internal clients.
- Coordinate the supplier selection process.
- Develop commodity strategies for equipment, electrics, and automation.
- Analyze production equipment markets, trends, and innovations.
- Evaluate offers based on total cost of ownership, identify and document savings.
- Optimize relevant procurement processes.
Requirements
- University degree or comparable training.
- 2–3 years of professional experience.
- Good English required.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Good communication skills and process-oriented thinking.
- Experience in operations, manufacturing, or procurement of production equipment is advantageous; SAP knowledge is also advantageous.
Nice to have
- German language skills.
- Experience in operations or manufacturing.
