Finance Director - TEBG Commercial

Location: Maplewood, Minnesota, United States. Remote work may be available for candidates located more than 50 miles from hirify.global Global Headquarters in St. Paul, Minnesota; remote employees must travel to headquarters at least once per month for one week. Candidates within commuting distance must work on-site at least 4 days per week. Travel may include up to 40% domestic and international travel. Relocation may be authorized. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

Compensation: $287,281–$351,122 annually, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Partner with the Global Commercial leader and leadership team as a strategic business finance partner.
• Own the three-year strategic financial plan across business, functional, and resource-prioritization perspectives.
• Drive profitable growth, pricing strategy, cost management, cash improvement, efficiency, and risk mitigation.
• Track commercial excellence execution and ROI of global commercial marketing activities.
• Implement common processes for commercial excellence, pricing, standard margins, and best-practice sharing across geographies.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize standard work and data analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting.
• At least 15 years of finance experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Strong financial, analytical, strategic planning, risk management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to lead across global workstreams, develop capabilities, and translate complex business problems into financial terms.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Data Science or Statistics.
• Three years of leadership experience at division, area, or sizable country level.
• International experience and experience with analytics projects and reports.
• Experience using AI tools for creative problem-solving and business analytics.
