Batteries Assembly Line Team Leader (Lithium-Ion Batteries)

hirify.global, through Airbus Crisa, develops and manufactures high-reliability lithium-ion battery modules for space missions.

What you will do

• Lead and supervise shift operations for space-grade lithium-ion battery assembly, coordinating a team of up to 10 operators.
• Deliver the daily production plan while meeting Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery targets and minimizing downtime.
• Reinforce workplace safety and compliance for high-voltage and electrical-risk products.
• Promote Lean manufacturing, line efficiency, workplace organization, and 5S standards.
• Supervise automated machinery, high-precision assembly, component cleaning, surface coating, inspections, and module testing.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Logistics to resolve technical bottlenecks and maintain MES-based production traceability and reporting.

Requirements

• Technical Degree or Higher Vocational Education in Electronics, Mechanics, or Industrial Manufacturing, or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience leading production shifts or teams in high-precision or highly regulated manufacturing, such as aerospace, automotive, or electronics.
• Knowledge of electromechanical and electronic assembly processes and high-reliability quality standards such as AS9100.
• Experience with MES and SAP tools.
• Native or professional Spanish and fluent English required for technical documentation, systems, and global collaboration.
• Strong leadership, operational autonomy, pressure-based problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
