Quality Assurance Engineer & SPC Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Location: Arganda del Rey, Spain; factory-based role.

What you will do

• Perform and support product quality tests using established testing methodologies.
• Lead and coordinate the plant-wide Statistical Process Control program.
• Support quality reporting systems and maintain data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Provide functional leadership to Quality Operators conducting testing and inspection activities.
• Train, coach, and develop Quality Operators to strengthen technical competence.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement teams to reduce process variation and improve operational performance.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, production technology, or materials technology.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and BRC, ISO 9000, and ISO 14000 standards.
• Fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Good MS Office and SAP skills.
• Structured, methodical working style with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
