CAMO/MRO Mission Readiness Approval Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Getafe Area, Madrid, Spain; hybrid working model when possible, with audits potentially conducted at customer and supplier facilities.

What you will do

• Manage the internal audit programme for the CAMO/MRO A400M, M&L, and MRTT fleets.
• Perform internal and external audits of QMS procedures, including audits at subcontractor, supplier, and customer facilities.
• Track discrepancies and corrective actions from internal and external audits.
• Monitor maintenance facility status, personnel competences, organisational authorisations, and military aircraft maintenance licences.
• Develop and update compliance manuals, procedures, training solutions, and awareness sessions.
• Coordinate quality standardisation across fleets and support external resource upskilling and service-level agreement development.

Requirements

• Degree or master’s degree in engineering.
• At least five years of experience in CAMO/MRO quality, auditing, compliance, or related functions.
• Advanced English and Spanish.
• Experience or capability in quality management systems, regulatory compliance, audits, and corrective-action follow-up.
• Adaptable, dynamic, flexible, and proactive approach.

Nice to have

• Internal auditor qualification or experience.
