Light Equipment Operator 2 - 1st Shift

Location: Angola, Indiana, United States; onsite, first shift

Pay: $18.20 per hour, plus potential overtime, shift differential, call-in, and standby pay

What you will do

• Operate offline and auxiliary binding, finishing, and packaging equipment.
• Set up machines and equipment for production runs.
• Perform basic machine adjustments according to job requirements and equipment capabilities.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain equipment for optimal operation.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and submit maintenance requests when needed.
• Coordinate crewmember assignments and train new team members as needed.

Requirements

• Knowledge of standard equipment setups, adjustments, and operating characteristics.
• Ability to set up, operate, and make basic adjustments to production equipment.
• Ability to follow individual job requirements and equipment operating specifications.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
