Center Operations Manager 1

Location: St. Louis, Missouri, United States; on-site donor center operations required

What you will do

• Manage daily donor center operations, staffing schedules, payroll records, meetings, production targets, inventory, and KPI performance.
• Maintain compliance with FDA-approved SOPs and applicable FDA, OSHA, CLIA, GMP, and local requirements.
• Support inspections, audits, corrective and preventive actions, quality improvement initiatives, and operational best practices.
• Oversee safety programs, facility cleanliness, equipment maintenance, product and sample storage, shipments, and unsuitable product handling.
• Provide input on hiring, promotions, performance evaluations, improvement plans, corrective actions, and employee relations.
• Train and assess employees, build positive donor relationships, resolve complaints, and support donor retention and center growth.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with 12 months of applicable experience.
• One year of operations, process management, or supervisory experience preferred.
• One year of people management experience, including recruiting and training, preferred.
• Training in all production areas.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
• Ability to work daytime and evening hours, weekends, holidays, extended shifts, and occasional after-hours periods; travel up to 20% may be required.
