Supervisor, Production Operations - Weekend Day Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Devens, Massachusetts, United States. Onsite 12-hour weekend day shift from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Friday through Sunday, plus alternating Thursdays.

Annual base salary: $78,500–$101,000, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Supervise, train, coach, and support manufacturing staff in the assigned production area.
• Lead daily standups covering production goals, operational needs, and solutions.
• Prepare daily performance reports against planned manufacturing targets.
• Ensure materials, tools, and documentation are ready for each upcoming shift.
• Identify improvement opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally, and plan for future production needs.
• Enforce OSHA standards and lead 7S and Lean manufacturing projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years of experience managing manufacturing professionals.
• Experience leading teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience across multiple product industries with rigorous quality standards.
• Self-motivated, hands-on, practical approach with the ability to set and achieve ambitious goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems including EPICOR, Outlook, and related tools.
