Director Americas Benefits Strategy & Enterprise Initiatives

Location: USA - Remote; fully remote work from home.

Annual salary: $180,000–$220,000.

What you will do

• Design and lead a multi-year strategy for Americas health and welfare programs, including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, life, disability, voluntary benefits, wellbeing, time away, and EAP programs.
• Build business cases using benchmarking, ROI analysis, risk assessment, cost management, and associate experience data.
• Lead benefits integration for acquisitions, carveouts, and divestitures, while improving U.S. absence management programs.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, HR, People Analytics, Talent Acquisition, Internal Communications, and other stakeholders across the business.
• Own the U.S. Benefits Data Warehouse and turn cost, utilization, engagement, and survey data into actionable recommendations.
• Oversee vendor performance, service delivery, contract compliance, renewals, reviews, and negotiations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in benefits strategy and delivery.
• Deep expertise in U.S. health and welfare programs.
• Experience managing benefits at large-market scale across multiple vendors and large employee populations.
• Consulting experience and a Bachelor's degree are preferred.
• Role is remote within the USA.
