Application Analyst

Location: 541 N. Fairbanks, Chicago, IL, United States; onsite day shift position.

Salary: USD 37.44–56.16 per hour

What you will do

• Support and maintain assigned healthcare applications and information systems.
• Monitor production issue queues, diagnose problems, and resolve incidents within customer service level agreements.
• Work with the team to monitor systems, analyze requirements, and plan upgrades.
• Analyze application builds and functionality and recommend improvements for system reliability.
• Execute project tasks, integrate end-user requests with software functionality, and contribute to quality assurance standards.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in the relevant discipline.
• Diagnostic and problem-solving skills across distributed information systems.
• Ability to support application functionality, reliability, and delivery processes.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
