Salary: $62,836.80–$89,762.40 annually

What you will do

  • Participate in the design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of software applications.
  • Document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Develop and execute testing plans and support software quality assurance activities.
  • Train end users and assist with end-user documentation.
  • Provide application support by identifying, resolving, and escalating issues.
  • Run reports and support the ongoing operation of the software environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • 0–1 year of related IT experience, ideally in a healthcare IT environment.
  • Experience developing, supporting, or operating software applications.
  • Ability to document workflows and business processes and communicate with technical and non-technical staff.
  • Problem-solving skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other office productivity solutions.
  • Flexibility to work onsite as required and remotely from a stable, secure, compliant workstation during Eastern business hours.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience with Epic; required Epic certifications must be obtained when applicable.
