Analyst II – Enterprise Imaging

Location: hirify.global facilities in the New York area and Florida; the role includes on-site support during go-lives and system upgrades.

Salary: $70,481.60–$101,932.00 annually.

What you will do

• Analyze clinical operations, imaging workflows, data, reports, and technical issues across healthcare service lines.
• Design, build, test, install, maintain, and enhance Enterprise Imaging and Digital OR applications.
• Support imaging modality connectivity, interfaces, data conversion, application monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with application leaders, vendors, project teams, clinicians, technologists, and end users.
• Manage testing, change management, quality assurance, release analysis, documentation, and disaster recovery activities.
• Provide rotating on-call support and assigned on-site support during go-lives and system upgrades.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience; 2–5 years is preferred.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with enterprise imaging application implementation or support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels and support clinical workflows.
• Strong desktop tool usage, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• DICOM experience.
