Application Analyst II (Radiology)

Location: Remote; U.S.-based healthcare organization

Salary: $77,000–$85,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Support the full lifecycle of outpatient applications across multiple markets, including PACS, RIS, 3D imaging, mammography tracking, and online scheduling.
• Support application upgrades, migrations, implementations, and other assigned projects.
• Provide timely maintenance and support for specified clinical systems.
• Troubleshoot incidents and service requests through ServiceNow while meeting defined SLAs and quality measures.
• Develop application test plans, participate in testing, and maintain accurate technical documentation.
• Collaborate with regional outpatient IT directors, enterprise support, and other IT teams to support radiologists.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent education and information technology experience.
• 2–3+ years of experience in clinical application support or implementation.
• Experience with incident, problem, and request management.
• Experience working with a ticket management or service desk system.
• Knowledge of PACS, HL7, RIS, voice recognition systems, and radiology workflows is preferred.
• Radiology experience and ServiceNow experience are preferred.
