FAL A350 Industrial Manager (f/m) (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Manage and optimize industrial processes and configuration management for the A350 Final Assembly Line.
• Implement integrated planning strategies to maintain manufacturing flow and on-time delivery.
• Lead supplier negotiations and manage procurement for A350 components.
• Maintain configuration control and accurate documentation across A350 aircraft variants.
• Monitor operational KPIs, resolve cross-functional issues, and lead a team of specialists.

Requirements

• Background in engineering or industrial management with proven manufacturing experience, ideally in aerospace.
• Expertise in integrated planning, supply chain practices, and procurement principles.
• Successful negotiation experience in complex industrial environments.
• Strong leadership, team management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Role based in Toulouse, France.
